A Delta Dickens Christmas

Step into a storybook Christmas at the Delta Dickens Festival in Downtown Greenwood! For one magical December day, downtown comes alive with the sights, sounds and spirit of a Dickens-era holiday. Enjoy festive characters, charming street entertainment, holiday shopping, a Victorian tea time at The Alluvian Hotel, old-fashioned cricket games, carolers, a Victorian train, seasonal treats and plenty of old-fashioned Christmas cheer. With lights, holiday decor and historic downtown as the backdrop, it’s a delightful Delta holiday tradition where Dickens meets the Delta! (Hint: You just might see it snow!)

Our Dickens Village will feature arts and crafts, food trucks, Santa visits, balloon artist and face painting, a reindeer food station and carriage rides ($5 per person)

Giardina's Victorian Tea at The Alluvian Hotel:  Join us at Giardina’s on Saturday, December 12th at 10:30 a.m. to step back in time and celebrate the season with A Christmas Carol Tea in the Dining Room at Giardina’s. Enjoy a charming morning inspired by the spirit of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, featuring festive teas, delicate pastries, and holiday delights served in true Victorian style. As downtown Greenwood comes alive with carolers, costumed characters, and falling snow, experience the magic from the warmth and elegance of Giardina’s.  Tickets are for open seating in Giardina’s dining room, so guests may be seated with other brunch attendees.

Adult tickets are $25 each, children tickets are $20 each.

** Tickets will go on sale for the tea on October 15th and there is limited availability.  Advance reservations are required.
