Summary: Our nursing group focuses on compassion and meeting the needs of our clients in a variety of settings. Duties and Responsibilities: Assess health problems and needs of person(s) served, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care. Advise person(s) served and staff on health maintenance and disease prevention. Provide case management. Core Requirements. Deliver quality results through operational excellence, meeting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual requirements per individual served. Build and retain a strong, dedicated team. Drive and deliver profitable growth. Essential Job Responsibilities. Review daily appointment needs: packets completed and available to staff. Review daily nursing calendar, schedule, attend if possible. Ensure coverage. Monitor staff, as needed (i.e. , medication administration, meals {modified texture, therapeutic}, ADLs, implementation of plan(s) and interactions between staff and clients. Review incident reports - provide assessment and follow up.

Review findings and recommendations from appointments. Implement changes of orders. Complete notes of services provided. Review LPN notes. Approve orders for prescribed medications/treatments(QuickMar). Monitor health status/vitals/seizure disorders. Address acute/on-going health issues including “Change of Condition” documentation.

Job Specifications or Qualifications: Degree from an accredited school of nursing OR License as a Registered Nurse, current and in good standing. Valid driver's license from state of residence. Must be at least 18 years of age and have one year of nursing experience, Supervisory experience preferred. Minimal travel may be required to assigned operations/locations.

TKB’s iREPAIRS is searching for someone to fill a full-time position in- store. 

Information: Front of House sales/service associate. Hours are from 8am-5:30pm M-F. Some Saturdays may be needed. We operate hiring by implementing a 180 day (6month) grace period. This means that starting pay ($9) per hour will be effective immediately , and after 6month of service, we will evaluate the employee for larger pay if the pupil has proven successful. Along with a raise, the pupil will receive fully compensated health coverage, dental, and PTO ( 12 days per year at full rate). To be clear, the pupil will not pay any amount of their pay compensation to obtain our BCBS 90% health coverage, it will be provided at full, by TKB’s iREPAIRS.
