Machine Operator Assembler 

Location: Greenwood Ms.

This Position is for a Machine Operator Assembler with a staffing firm with an opportunity in Greenwood, MS. Will perform the functions expected of an experienced assembler/machine operator. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; Can lift up to 50 lbs.; Work in a repetitive motion; Ability to stand in one spot for 8 to 12 hours at a time; Must be flexible to work on second and third shifts 7 days a week including overtime and weekends. Summary: Our nursing group focuses on compassion and meeting the needs of our clients in a variety of settings. Duties and Responsibilities: Assess health problems and needs of person(s) served, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care. Advise person(s) served and staff on health maintenance and disease prevention. Provide case management. Core Requirements. Deliver quality results through operational excellence, meeting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual requirements per individual served. Build and retain a strong, dedicated team. Drive and deliver profitable growth. Essential Job Responsibilities. Review daily appointment needs: packets completed and available to staff. Review daily nursing calendar, schedule, attend if possible. Ensure coverage. Monitor staff, as needed (i.e. , medication administration, meals {modified texture, therapeutic}, ADLs, implementation of plan(s) and interactions between staff and clients. Review incident reports - provide assessment and follow up.

Review findings and recommendations from appointments. Implement changes of orders. Complete notes of services provided. Review LPN notes. Approve orders for prescribed medications/treatments(QuickMar). Monitor health status/vitals/seizure disorders. Address acute/on-going health issues including “Change of Condition” documentation.

Job Specifications or Qualifications: Degree from an accredited school of nursing OR License as a Registered Nurse, current and in good standing. Valid driver's license from state of residence. Must be at least 18 years of age and have one year of nursing experience, Supervisory experience preferred. Minimal travel may be required to assigned operations/locations.

You’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and locating mechanical deficiencies on Caterpillar diesel-powered construction equipment. This is a highly customer-facing role, and you will be the primary support contact for customers. You’ll work out of a company-provided field service truck as you travel to various customer locations.

 

Responsibilities: Provide high quality and timely repair service on equipment, engines, and powertrains on customer site. Perform welding and brazing on equipment. Fabricate and modify parts, equipment, and miscellaneous structures and attachments. Interpret and analyze hydraulic and electric schematics and wiring diagrams. Interpret technical instructions and safety/service manuals. Serve customers’ needs in a positive, safe, and timely manner. Maintain service vehicle inspection records, daily inspections, and driver logs as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

 

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Field service technician training and/or equipment service and maintenance training through an accredited technical school or equipment dealership manufacturer training preferred. 5+ years of previous hands-on relevant experience with CAT equipment or similar industrial equipment and/or industrial engines. 5+ years of experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting diesel-powered construction equipment or truck engines. Must do company-reimbursed overnight travel occasionally (up to 25%). Must be able to work independently in remote locations. Must own a basic set of industrial tools, including industrial hand tools, air tools, torque wrenches, and multimeters (Insert tool program). Possess and maintain a current, valid state drivers’ license and CDL/DOT medical card based on assigned vehicle weight.

Location: Greenwood Ms. 

Responsible for washing trucks daily and may assist with picking up solid waste and places it in the back of a rear load garbage truck on specified routes often done manually or by pushing toter to tipper. Lifts and carries trash bags, bulk items and containers to the truck for disposal.  Climbs onto and off of the rear truck step to load refuse, waste and carts. Operates packing mechanism to compact waste into the truck. Provides a safe and distinguishably different level of service through courteous and expeditious customer service in all aspects of refuse operation to the general public and customers. Exhibits a positive attitude towards company, customer, and municipal goals. Ensures garbage and recyclables at residences are picked up and transferred properly; pick up may require using back door. Answers questions for residents and directs them to contact Customer Service or appropriate government office for additional information. Must comply with all ANSI (American National Standards Institute), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and company safety polices including Waste Pro Absolute Guidelines. Assists Driver in safely backing up the truck by directing the Driver from the ground. Cleans behind the compactor blade with shovel and hoe when directed. Sprays and cleans the hopper and truck at the end of each shift or as needed. Reports any safety or customer service related issues to driver and supervisor, immediately. Performs a variety of manual duties in the clean-up of scattered refuse; Cleans up the area around accidental waste spills and ensures customers containers are replaced properly. May be required to work during emergency situations. Assists other routes as needed to complete daily work. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned. Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro. Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
